One home.
One simple way
to control it.
We design bespoke automation solutions, from a single room to the whole house — bringing lighting, climate, blinds and audio-visual equipment together so they work as one.
Everything your home does,
from one place
A home automation system ties together the technology in your home so it behaves as one system rather than a collection of apps and remotes. A single button can set the lighting for the evening, close the blinds, adjust the heating and start the music.
We design every system around how you actually live. Scenes, schedules and controls are set up for your routines — not a default template — and we keep the interface simple enough for every member of the household and every guest.
Control is wherever suits you: elegant keypads and touch panels on the wall, handheld remotes, iPad and iPhone apps, or voice through Siri and Apple HomeKit.
The right light and the right
temperature, automatically
Smart lighting control lets you create scenes for every moment — bright and clear for working, soft and warm for the evening — and recall them with a single press. Lighting can run automatically when the property is empty, giving the appearance of occupancy while saving energy.
Smart thermostats and climate integration mean you can warm or cool the house before you arrive, and keep every zone at exactly the right temperature without thinking about it.
Motorised blinds, shutters and curtains complete the picture, moving with your lighting scenes so the whole room changes together.
Proven systems,
chosen on merit
We are independent, so we specify whichever platform is genuinely right for the property and the people living in it. Our installations include Savant home automation with Apple HomeKit integration, Lutron smart lighting, and Legrand Arteor programmable smart switches.
For a holiday home or a property used by guests, a system like Arteor — where smart switches look and feel like ordinary light switches — can be the better choice. For a family home with a lot of AV, Savant's interface is hard to beat. We'll explain the options clearly and help you decide.

A cinema room
designed around
your home.
We design and install home cinemas for existing and new rooms — with acoustic treatment to enhance the audio, and the latest video options for a picture worth sitting down for.
Picture, sound, seating
and the room itself
A great home cinema is designed from the room outward. Acoustic treatment controls how sound behaves in the space — reducing echo, sharpening dialogue and keeping sound from travelling through the rest of the house.
The screen and projector or display are specified for the size and shape of the room, and surround sound — including Dolby Atmos — is positioned and calibrated so every seat is a good seat.
Lighting and control are part of the brief from the start. Press play and the lights dim, the screen comes down and the room does the rest.
Basements, lofts,
outbuildings — even barns
The best cinema rooms tend to be spaces that can be fully enclosed — basements, loft conversions and outbuildings. At a West Sussex country house we converted a barn into a home cinema with a motorised screen, an ultra HD laser projector and Dolby Atmos surround sound, connected back to the main house by fibre.
We'll look at any space you're considering and give you an honest view of what it can achieve before you commit to anything.
Great sound,
in one room
or every room.
From audiophile-grade hi-fi with expert advice, to high-quality streaming audio and video in every room of the house — chosen for how you listen and installed to sound its best.
Your music and TV,
wherever you are
Multi-room audio means every room can play something different — or the whole house can play the same thing, perfectly in sync. Speakers can be built discreetly into walls and ceilings, and everything is controlled from your phone, a keypad, or your voice.
We regularly install Sonos and Apple HomePod systems for synchronised streaming throughout a property, and distribute video — Apple TV, Sky and satellite services — to the rooms that need it.
Audiophile-grade hi-fi,
with expert advice
For the listening room, we supply audiophile-grade components with honest, expert advice — matching amplifiers, sources and speakers to the room and to the way you listen.
Whether you're building a system from scratch or upgrading one you love, we'll help you get the very best from it, and integrate it with the rest of your home where you want to.
Fast, reliable
connectivity in
every corner.
Everything in a modern home or office runs on the network. We design, install, configure and test secure networking infrastructure — so everything else works the way it should.
Structured cabling and
fibre, done properly
Wired connections are faster, more stable and more secure than wireless. We design and install structured data cabling — CAT6 and fibre — to the places that need it, tested and certified, so streaming, video calls and smart home systems never compete for bandwidth.
We also arrange and project-manage Fibre to the Premises connections. At a West Sussex country house we replaced an extremely slow line with a 1Gbps fibre connection, and ran fibre to connect a barn cinema back to the main house.

Whole-property Wi-Fi,
indoors and out
Using the latest generation of professional access points, we provide complete Wi-Fi coverage inside and outside the property — house, outbuildings, gardens and pool areas included.
Where new cabling isn't an option, we find another way. In a newly redeveloped Belgravia town house we used MoCA-based access points to carry network data over the existing coaxial cabling — reliable whole-home Wi-Fi without lifting a floorboard.
Peace of mind,
at home and
wherever you are.
CCTV systems that are secure and easy to operate from anywhere in the world — together with practical, expert security for your network and your personal devices.
Secure cameras you can
check from anywhere
We design and install CCTV systems that are secure and genuinely easy to use. View live and recorded footage from your phone wherever you are in the world, with cameras placed to cover what matters and recordings kept safely.
CCTV sits on its own secure network segment, so cameras are protected and never slow down the rest of your home's connectivity.
Security advice
you can act on
We advise on security for networks and personal devices, and implement both the hardware and software to back it up — firewalls, network segmentation, device management and safe configuration of the apps and services you rely on.
For businesses, we provide ongoing security awareness sessions, threat monitoring and device management. For families, we keep it practical: strong, simple protection that doesn't get in the way.
Expert IT support,
for home and
business.
IT consultancy, diagnosis, repair and installation of hardware and software — we are Apple specialists — together with unified communications: VoIP, mobile, fibre internet and email hosting.
Apple specialists, with
the whole picture in mind
We provide IT consultancy, diagnosis, repair and installation for computers, phones, tablets and the software that runs on them. We're Apple specialists, and we're comfortable across Microsoft 365, cloud services and mixed environments too.
For businesses we set up and support the whole environment — from office data infrastructure and devices to cloud services, backup, mobile device management and a ticketing system that measures response against agreed service levels.
Phones, internet and email
that just work
We supply and configure VoIP/SIP telephony, mobile services, FTTP internet and email hosting — so your communications come from one place and are supported by people who know your setup.
When a Mayfair private equity firm relocated offices during its London Stock Exchange listing, we delivered the data infrastructure, gigabit fibre, VoIP telephony and devices, and supported the team through a move to cloud services — with zero disruption when everyone had to work remotely.
Real projects.
Real results.

South of France Villa
How we simplified a complex home automation brief for a villa in the South of France — and built a dedicated cinema room — for a client managing the property from the UK.
Private villa · South of France
The brief
Our client already had a UK property with a Savant home automation system that we manage. When they began developing a villa in the South of France, they wanted similar features — but with a simpler interface that any guest could use without instruction, robust enough to run reliably, and more aesthetically appealing.
The project ran for four years, working closely with the client and the local French architect team.
The challenge
The system needed to be remotely manageable from the UK, integrate region-specific equipment and French power outlets, and include a dedicated home cinema room — all while keeping day-to-day operation effortless for guests.
Our solution
After careful consideration we selected the Arteor home automation system by Legrand. Its programmable smart switches look like standard light switches while controlling lighting scenes, blinds, shutters and audio volume.
Small 3.5" touch panels were placed throughout the property, showing room temperature and letting guests switch on the air conditioning or heating, control music in each zone and fine-tune lighting scenes.
We used a robust two-wire bus cabling system, so core functions such as lighting control and scenes keep working even without network connectivity. Region-specific features and French power outlets were integrated so the system matched the property's electrical infrastructure and finishes.
We also designed and project-managed the construction of a dedicated home cinema room, working with specialists from the USA and integrating it fully with the rest of the system.
The result
An enhanced, intuitive experience for guests, full remote manageability for the client, seamless integration with the property's aesthetics — and an immersive home cinema.
Belgravia Town House
When a slow ADSL line and no cabling infrastructure threatened a newly redeveloped Eaton Place property, we delivered a solution — and kept upgrading it as technology moved on.
Eaton Place · Belgravia, London SW1
The brief
Brought in by a partner company, we were asked to provide internet connectivity and audio-visual services for a client in a newly redeveloped property on Eaton Place, Belgravia.
The client wanted UK and French satellite TV, multi-room audio and video streaming, a strong Wi-Fi signal throughout, and a lift mechanism to bring the TV into the perfect viewing position.
The challenge
The property had only an inadequate ADSL connection, limited Wi-Fi coverage and no comprehensive cabling infrastructure — so every solution had to work with what was already in the walls.
Our solution
We installed MoCA-based Wi-Fi access points that carry data over the existing coaxial cabling, giving a solid wired and wireless network throughout the property.
An HDMI modulator split the UK and French satellite signals and distributed them as digital channels over the same coaxial cable used for data — no additional cabling required.
We supplied and installed Sonos multi-room audio in every required location, Apple TV for streaming, and a motorised lift that lowers the TV into the perfect viewing position at the press of a button.
Two years later, when Fibre to the Premises became available, the client came back to us. We ran fibre to key points in the property, project-managed the installation and upgraded the data network. More recently, we moved the client from satellite to Sky's internet-based Ultra HD service.
The result
A highly satisfied client enjoying seamless connectivity and audio-visual entertainment — and a property that has kept evolving with their needs, supported by the team that built it.
Mayfair Office
Supporting a private equity company through an office move and its listing on the London Stock Exchange — where any downtime could have affected its share price.
Private equity office · Mayfair, London W1
The brief
A private equity company in Mayfair contracted us for IT support during its transition to a listing on the London Stock Exchange. The firm was relocating to a prestigious new office and needed its IT infrastructure designed for the current and future needs of a growing team.
The team was running Microsoft Small Business Server for file, security, domain and Exchange services, on Windows PCs. The firm wanted better security, efficiency and user satisfaction through the move.
Our solution
We worked with the architectural firm to make sure data cabling and power requirements were met, and all data cabling was tested and certified for gigabit networking. We supervised the installation of a 1Gbps synchronous fibre connection.
Through group and individual sessions we made the case for moving to the Apple ecosystem — addressing compatibility, security, total cost of ownership and training — then supplied and installed desktops, laptops, a VoIP telephone system and network-attached storage for offline backup of cloud data, as the company moved to cloud Exchange, Azure and SharePoint.
Ongoing support included training and a ticketing system measuring SLAs and KPIs. We ran monthly group and fortnightly individual security sessions, online and on-site threat monitoring, and managed devices with MDM — with procedures audited by KPMG and penetration tested by Grant Thornton.
We wrote and tested comprehensive disaster recovery plans, which proved themselves during the COVID-19 pandemic: every user was able to work remotely without disruption.
The result
A smooth transition through the listing, with the reliability the firm needed — where downtime or a missed reporting deadline could have affected its share price and incurred financial penalties.
West Sussex Country House
A redeveloped country house, a barn turned into a Dolby Atmos cinema, and a 1Gbps fibre connection replacing internet so slow the family avoided staying there.
Country house with barn cinema · West Sussex
The brief
The client wanted their West Sussex property — undergoing a complete redevelopment — to be a weekend getaway and a place for the family during school holidays. They wanted modern, intuitive control of lighting, heating and audio-visual systems using both voice and touch, and a barn converted into a home cinema.
One problem stood out: an extremely slow internet connection that discouraged the family from spending extended periods at the property.
The planning
We spent considerable time planning, working closely with the interior designer and architect on a comprehensive system layout before any cabling went in.
Our solution
We designed a Savant home automation system controlled by iPads and handheld remotes, integrated with Apple HomeKit for Siri voice control from iPhones, Apple Watches and HomePods.
Working with an electrical contractor, we installed new electrical cabling and CAT6 data cabling throughout, and connected the barn to the main house with fibre. Lutron smart lighting provides scenes and automated lighting while the property is empty, and smart thermostats let the client warm the house before they arrive.
We arranged a new 1Gbps Fibre to the Premises connection and installed a managed data network, so we can spot and resolve issues remotely before the family travels down from London. The latest Wi-Fi access points cover the house, barn, gardens and outdoor pool area.
Sky Stream provides TV in the lounge, kitchen, barn and bedrooms. In the barn, a motorised screen and ultra HD laser projector with Dolby Atmos multi-level surround sound create the cinema. Sonos and Apple HomePods stream multi-room audio and double as voice control for lighting, blinds and music.
The result
The client was thrilled. The country house is now used extensively by the family — which was the point from the very beginning.
Aftercare
Our relationship doesn't end after installation.
A home is a living thing. The way you use it changes, and technology moves on too — systems get updated, better services arrive, and sometimes something simply needs attention at an inconvenient moment.
That's why we provide ongoing support and maintenance for every system we install. Because we designed and built it, we already know it — and our team is always ready to help with any question or issue that comes up.
What our aftercare includes.
Remote monitoring and support.
Many of the systems we install can be monitored and managed remotely. We can often spot and fix a problem before you've noticed it — and resolve most issues without a visit.
On-site support when it's needed.
For anything that needs us in person, we come to you — the same team that designed and installed your system, and already knows your home.
Upgrades as technology moves on.
When better options arrive — full-fibre broadband, new TV services, updated equipment — we'll tell you, and handle the upgrade with minimal disruption.
Training and advice.
We make sure everyone in the household or office knows how to get the best from their technology, and we're always happy to answer questions.
Security and updates.
We keep systems, networks and devices up to date and secure, so they stay reliable for years.
At a Belgravia town house, we first solved a connectivity problem with no new cabling. Two years later, when full fibre arrived, the client called us to upgrade the network — and later to move from satellite to Sky Ultra HD. Each time, the work was simple because we already knew the infrastructure we'd built.

Frequently asked
questions.
Answers to the questions we're asked most — about projects, smart home systems, audio and cinema, networking and IT support.
As early as possible — ideally while the property is being designed or before a renovation starts. Cable routes, equipment locations and control positions are far easier to get right before walls are closed.
That said, we work at every stage. If you're mid-build or in a finished property, we'll find the best solution for where you are.
Yes. Many of our projects involve working closely with architects, interior designers and electrical contractors so the technology is planned into the design rather than added afterwards.
We're based in Southgate, North London, and most of our work is in and around London — but we also work further afield. Recent projects include a country house in West Sussex and a villa in the South of France.
Yes. We often work with what's already in the walls. In a Belgravia town house with no new cabling possible, we delivered whole-home Wi-Fi and satellite TV over the existing coaxial cable.
Where something can't be done without compromise, we'll tell you — and a phased approach, starting with one room or one system, often works well.
We're independent and choose the platform that suits each project. Our installations include Savant (with Apple HomeKit and Siri), Lutron lighting, Legrand Arteor smart switches, Sonos and Apple HomePod. We'll explain the options and recommend one honestly.
That's the point. We design every interface around the people using it — familiar-looking switches, simple touch panels, apps and voice control — so nobody needs a manual.
Yes. Multi-room audio lets every room play something different, or group rooms together to play the same thing in sync — controlled from your phone, a keypad or your voice.
It depends on the room. A projector and screen suit a dedicated room that can be darkened and offer real cinema scale. A high-end TV is better in a living space with daylight. We'll look at the room and recommend what's right.
Yes. The CCTV systems we install are secure and easy to operate from anywhere in the world, on your phone or tablet.
Usually because a single router can't cover the property, or because walls and floors block the signal. We use professional access points positioned around the property, wired back wherever possible, for consistent coverage indoors and out.
Yes. We provide IT support, networking, security, VoIP and email for businesses — from office relocations and data infrastructure to device management, training and disaster recovery.
Yes — we're Apple specialists. We set up and support Macs, iPhones and iPads, and help businesses move to and manage the Apple ecosystem.
Yes. We provide ongoing support and maintenance so your system keeps running smoothly, and many systems we install can be monitored and managed remotely — so most issues are resolved without a visit.
